About this machine

Machine Description

The TMP Voronezh K8542 is a 1600-ton mechanical hot forging press for upset forging, preforming, blocking and finish forging of large steel components.

The press runs at 75 strokes per minute with a 300 mm slide stroke and 660 mm minimum closed height. Its 940 × 1200 mm table and 860 × 910 mm slide provide the relevant dimensions for a buyer to check against a die drawing. The 10 mm adjustment range and 560 × 600 mm lateral window should form part of the same review.

The K8542 has a 110 kW main motor and overall dimensions of 5060 × 3940 × 5125 mm. Buyers comparing it with a trimming or knuckle joint machine can use the TMP Voronezh press guide before requesting an inspection.

The machine is located in Europe and available for inspection. Contact TRIGA to confirm the inspection, dismantling and transport scope.

Dismantling

Dismantling, packaging & logistics

For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.

Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The K8542 is a hot listing located in Europe and can be inspected. A technical assessment can verify the 300 mm slide stroke, 75 spm drive and general forging-line readiness.

A powered inspection may be arranged if the machine remains connected and site rules permit it. Otherwise, a detailed static inspection and remote video review can be provided.

Available foundation plans, manuals, electrical diagrams and table drawings can be reviewed before purchase. The confirmed handover list forms part of the offer.

Tool compatibility depends on footprint, shut height, clamping and required energy. Buyers should provide die drawings so they can be checked against the 660 mm closed height and 10 mm adjustment.

The removal package can cover engineered dismantling, heavy lifting, packing, securing and abnormal-load transport. Export and customs documents can be coordinated for the destination country.

A firm date follows the site survey, payment and confirmation of cranes and heavy-haul permits. The 5.125 m overall height makes route and dismantling planning important.
