1600-ton mechanical forging press with full dismantling & container shipment
For an Indian customer we organized the purchase, dismantling and shipment of a large forging press from an EU plant. The project included dismantling planning, marking of all interfaces, industrial packaging and loading into 40'HC containers with heavy-duty securing.

- Transport: multiple 40'HC containers via EU port

Horizontal CNC machining center shipped in 40'HC container
A Turkish manufacturer required a reliable CNC machining center for medium-batch production. We selected a suitable machine, coordinated inspection, dismantling, packaging and shipment in a single 40'HC container.

Hydraulic press line relocation with synchronized logistics
We coordinated the relocation of a hydraulic press line from an EU factory to Eastern Europe, including dismantling of several presses, auxiliary units and control cabinets and synchronized road transport.

Packages of machines for new workshops
In addition to single large machines, we often prepare complete packages of equipment for new or expanding workshops, especially in developing markets.
Set of metalworking machines for a new maintenance shop
For a Middle Eastern client we supplied a package of conventional metalworking machines: lathes, mills, grinders and auxiliary equipment, carefully selected for maintenance and repair tasks.

Support for buyer’s own finds
Sometimes buyers find machines themselves (online or via local contacts) and ask TrigaPL to handle the “hard part”: inspection, dismantling and transport.
Independent inspection and logistics for third-party purchase
A customer identified a press via an online listing. We were asked to verify its condition on site, provide a photo/video report and, after approval, manage dismantling and container shipment.
