TrigaPL provides a full-cycle dismantling and logistics service for used and new industrial machines: forging presses, hydraulic presses, CNC machining centers, sheet-metal lines and complete production systems. We manage the project end-to-end so you don’t need to coordinate multiple subcontractors, carriers and brokers.
Our teams perform mechanical and electrical disconnection, labeling of cables and interfaces, separation of heavy assemblies, and rigging with cranes and forklifts suited to the machine’s weight and geometry. After dismantling we prepare cargo for safe transport: anti-corrosion protection, shrink wrapping, wooden bases, steel frames or crates, and professional container loading and securing according to international standards.
For international delivery we coordinate road transport, 40’HC containers, flat-rack or oversize shipments, and support export documentation (packing lists, weights/dimensions, photos, invoices). This approach reduces risks, improves traceability and keeps timelines predictable — whether shipping within the EU or worldwide to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, India, Asia or Latin America.

Step-by-step dismantling & logistics workflow
A clear process helps us keep deadlines and minimize risks for heavy presses, CNC machines and complete production lines.
We analyse machine design, access to the hall, floor capacity and loading options. Based on this we prepare a dismantling and loading plan, including rigging, packaging and transport scenario.
Technicians disconnect electricity, hydraulics and lubrication systems, dismantle key assemblies and mark all cables, hoses and interfaces to simplify re-installation at the destination site.
Machines are protected, fixed to bases or frames and carefully loaded into trucks or containers. Cargo is secured according to international standards to avoid damage in transit.
We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, photo documentation, weight and dimension tables and assist with export declarations and certificates when required.
TrigaPL coordinates pick-up, terminal handling, sea freight or long-distance trucking and delivery to the destination country, including insurance if requested.
Upon arrival we can support you with communication to local rigging companies, unloading, positioning of machines and basic checks after transport.
