Preparation for transport after purchase

For equipment sold by TRIGA, the agreed scope can include dismantling, loading preparation and packaging. At the buyer’s request, we also propose transport options and can organize the selected option.

Mechanical and electrical disconnection with interface marking
Crane and forklift rigging adapted to machine weight and geometry
Custom metal and wooden cradles, crating and container loading
Road transport, 40’HC, flat-rack and oversize shipments worldwide
What we do

Three stages of preparation and transport

The scope is agreed for each TRIGA machine according to its condition, location and buyer requirements.

Dismantling

Professional dismantling

Mechanical and electrical disconnection, marking of cables and interfaces, separation of large assemblies, use of cranes, forklifts and rigging equipment adapted to machine weight and dimensions.

Packaging

Industrial packaging & loading

Custom metal and wooden cradles, wooden crates and steel frames, container loading and securing according to carrier and insurance requirements.

Transport

Transport options

Road, container, flat-rack and oversize options can be proposed on request. TRIGA can organize the option agreed with the buyer.

Photo and video reporting from agreed key stages can be provided on request, particularly for buyers who cannot be present on site.
Steps 1–3

Survey, dismantling & packaging

The agreed scope is planned around the specific press, site access and transport requirements.

01 Technical survey & planning — machine design, hall access, floor capacity and loading options. We prepare a dismantling and loading plan including rigging and packaging scenario.
02 Dismantling & marking — where included in the agreed scope, electrical, hydraulic and lubrication connections are disconnected and marked for the buyer’s later re-installation.
03 Packaging, loading & securing — where required, transportable assemblies are prepared, secured and loaded according to the selected transport option.
Steps 4–6

Export, transport & delivery

The buyer remains responsible for unloading, installation and commissioning at the destination.

04 Export documentation — we prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, photo documentation, and weight and dimension tables. Any required certificates or customs-status documents, customs declarations and import clearance are arranged by your customs broker or freight forwarder; we provide the machine data they need.
05 International transport — if requested, we propose pick-up, terminal, sea-freight or long-distance trucking options and can organize the option agreed with the buyer.
06 At destination — unloading, positioning, foundation work, installation and commissioning are arranged by the buyer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about dismantling & logistics

Answers for buyers planning machine dismantling, packaging or international transport from Europe.

Can you coordinate dismantling and loading for equipment purchased from TRIGA?
Yes. For equipment purchased from TRIGA, dismantling, packaging and loading can be included in the agreed scope, subject to machine details and site access.
What information do you need to calculate a dismantling & transport quote?
