Machine Description
The Smeral LKT 250 is a 250-ton mechanical trimming press for post-forging flash removal in forging shops producing medium-size components. The 250 mm ram stroke and 100 mm adjustment range cover a range of trim die heights and forged part sizes.
The 1575 × 1150 mm table and 1380 × 850 mm slider accommodate large trimming and piercing die sets. The 750 mm shut height and 28 kW main motor at 20 spm suit typical forging shop trimming on steel parts.
Smeral (ZTS Smeral, Czech Republic) built trimming and forming presses for European automotive, agricultural and engineering forging lines.
The machine is located in Europe and available for inspection. TRIGA can arrange full technical assessment, dismantling, export packing and international delivery logistics — contact us for details.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

Frequently Asked Questions
The LKT 250 is listed as available and can be inspected at its European location. A condition report can cover the mechanical drive, 250 mm ram stroke and 100 mm adjustment.
A site visit can be arranged to measure and inspect the 1575 × 1150 mm table and 1380 × 850 mm slider. Preliminary photos or a remote video walk-through can also be requested.
Fit depends on die height, footprint, clamping points and the required working stroke. Tool drawings can be checked against the press dimensions before purchase.
Available manuals, electrical drawings, lubrication information and foundation plans will be identified in the sales file. The handover list is agreed in writing.
The logistics offer can include dismantling, lifting, packing, transport and customs coordination. Delivery timing follows a site survey and carrier booking.
