The Massey 1000 ton hot forging press is a mechanical press for hot forging production. Operating at 95 strokes per minute with a 254 mm stroke, it handles automotive and engineering component forging.
The 762 × 762 mm ram, 915 mm column spacing and 900 mm table width accommodate standard forging die sets. The 50 kW motor at 560 rpm runs on 380 V / 3ph / 50 Hz supply.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

An on-site inspection can be arranged, subject to the current site's power and production conditions. Remote photos or a live video call can be organized when a powered trial is not possible.
Available manuals, circuit diagrams and maintenance records will be identified before contract. The press is specified for 380 V, three-phase, 50 Hz supply.
Dismantling and loading can be quoted after a site survey and lifting review. Transport securing, export paperwork and customs coordination can be included.
Timing depends on inspection, payment, dismantling access and transport permits. A firm dispatch schedule is issued after the removal scope and destination are confirmed.
