Machine Description
The KA2534 serial #943 is a 250-ton (2500 kN) mechanical trimming press for post-forging flash trimming and piercing operations on small-to-medium forged components. Operating at 32 strokes per minute with a 200 mm slide stroke and 560 mm shut height, the press provides consistent trimming capacity for smaller forging sizes.
The 850 × 850 mm table and 650 × 670 mm slide accept standard trimming die sets, with a 500 × 500 mm table opening for drop-through trimming operations. The 140 mm slide adjustment range and Ø75 × 100 mm die shank hole offer flexibility for different tooling configurations.
Equipped with a pneumatic cushion (100 mm stroke, 50 t blank holder force, 6.6 t ejector force) and a 27 kW / 1400 rpm main drive motor, the KA2534 provides the auxiliary functions required for complete trimming-line integration with automatic part ejection.
The machine is located in Europe and available for inspection. TRIGA can arrange full technical assessment, dismantling, export packing and international delivery logistics — contact us for details.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

Frequently Asked Questions
Serial #943 is available for inspection in Europe. The assessment can cover the 200 mm slide stroke, 32 spm drive, guides, clutch and pneumatic cushion.
A functional test can be requested if air and power remain connected at the site. The 100 mm cushion stroke and 6.6-ton ejector function should be included in the inspection scope.
Available table, slide and foundation drawings can be reviewed with the manuals and electrical schematics. The confirmed documentation package is listed in the quotation.
The specification gives 1000 kg as the maximum die weight. Fit must also be checked against the 850 × 850 mm table, 560 mm shut height and 140 mm adjustment range.
The scope can include disconnection, dismantling where required, crane loading, securing and export packing. Transport and customs are planned after the pickup and delivery sites are confirmed.
Any used-equipment warranty must be written into the offer and will reflect the inspection or repair scope. Otherwise, acceptance is based on the verified condition before shipment.
