The Massey 1300 ton hot forging press is a mechanical press for hot forging of large steel components. Operating at 90 spm with a 254 mm stroke and 50 kW motor, it handles high-volume automotive and engineering forging.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

A live video walk-through and additional photographs can be requested before travel. An on-site inspection can then focus on the drive, guides, controls and lubrication system.
Motor data, electrical drawings and operating documents will be supplied when present in the machine file. Missing documents are identified before the sales agreement.
The quotation can cover dismantling, crane loading, transport frames, export formalities and customs support. Exact costs require the machine dimensions, pickup site and delivery address.
Delivery is scheduled after technical acceptance and removal planning. Carrier capacity, permits and border procedures determine the final lead time.
