The EUMUCO SP 100 is a 1000-ton mechanical hot forging press manufactured in 1976, rebuilt and in working condition at the time of sale. The electrical cabinet was completely renewed in 2021; the mechanical structure has not been altered.
Operating at 100 strokes per minute with a 250 mm slide stroke and 820 mm shut height, the SP 100 is suited to high-output hot forging production. The 850 × 1250 mm table and 730 × 760 mm slide accommodate standard forging die sets for automotive and engineering components. The four-point slide guiding system provides stability and die alignment under sustained high-force operation.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic lower ejector (100 mm stroke) and wedge-based slide adjustment (17.5 mm range), supporting flexible die setup and part ejection requirements. At 50 tons, the SP 100 is a compact machine with a long production history in European forging shops.
