Machine Description
The Barnaul KB8336 is a 400-ton closed-frame knuckle-joint mechanical press for cold forging, coining, sizing, finishing and cold extrusion operations. Its knuckle-joint drive delivers high force near bottom dead centre for precise forming of small-to-medium steel components.
Model-passport data state a 130 mm slide stroke, 50 strokes per minute, a 500 × 500 mm die plate and a maximum 475 mm table-to-slide distance at the bottom position. Table-to-slide adjustment is 12 mm; upper and lower ejectors remove formed parts. Check the die drawing, centre of pressure and permitted slide-load diagram before confirming compatibility.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.
