Machine Description
The 1L532 is a double-column vertical turning lathe by STANKO-SEDIN with a maximum turning diameter of 3200 mm and 2800 mm faceplate, designed for heavy turning, facing and boring of large-diameter workpieces up to 16 tons. The machine provides 18 spindle speeds from 1.25 to 63 rpm, covering a wide range of cutting conditions for large rings, flanges, turbine components and other heavy rotation-symmetric parts.
The 1200 mm vertical slide travel and 1720 mm horizontal support travel give the operator extensive reach across the workpiece, while the ±30° tilt capability (without turret head) enables conical and angular turning operations. Feed range of 0.04–16 mm/rev and a 55 kW main drive motor provide cutting flexibility across different materials and depths of cut.
