The Massey 600 ton hot forging press is a mechanical press for hot forging production with a 200 mm stroke. With 725 mm column spacing and a 610 × 660 mm ram, the machine accommodates standard forging die sets for medium-capacity automotive and engineering component production.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics

For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.

Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

Current photographs and a live video walk-through can be requested. An on-site assessment can then examine the eccentric shaft, ram guides and die area.

The press has 725 mm left-to-right column spacing and a 610 × 660 mm ram. Full die drawings are needed to check clearances, shut height and clamping.

Available manuals, mechanical drawings and maintenance information will be identified in the sales package. Missing records are stated before purchase.

Lead time depends on technical acceptance, dismantling access and transport booking. Loading, export paperwork and customs handling can be included in the delivery plan.
