Machine Description
The ILR HPD-2-630 is a 630-ton hydraulic press for heavy forming, pressing and straightening operations. With an 800 mm ram stroke, 1300 mm maximum opening and 1600 × 1250 mm worktable, the HPD-2-630 accommodates large tooling for demanding forming applications.
The 260 bar maximum oil pressure, 500 mm minimum tool height and 40-ton lower table ejector support a range of forming and press operations.

Dismantling, packaging & logistics
For heavy forging and hydraulic presses, logistics is as important as the machine itself. We treat this as a separate, carefully planned project.
Together with our partners we manage dismantling on site, industrial packaging, loading into trucks or containers and international transport. This reduces the risk of damage and delays, especially when the buyer cannot be present in person.

The HPD-2-630 has been sold. Contact TRIGA for a comparable hydraulic press with similar tonnage and stroke.
A powered pressure test may be arranged if the press is connected and the site approves the procedure. Static inspection and remote video are alternatives when a load test is unavailable.
The ejector can assist part release from tooling mounted on the 1600 × 1250 mm table. Stroke, interface and timing should be checked against the buyer's die design.
