Machine Description
The S.T.A Press GALDABINI is a 500-ton Italian hydraulic press (1983) for pressing, straightening, deep drawing and die try-out. With a 1100 mm adjustable stroke, 1700 mm internal vertical space and 238 bar maximum working pressure, it handles large tooling and controlled forming across a wide force range.
The 2100 mm horizontal width and 2000 × 1400 mm bed support large dies and fixtures. Ram speed ranges from 10.4 mm/s at full 500 t to 22.4 mm/s at 220 t, allowing cycle profiles to match the forming requirement.
