Full press disassembly: mechanical and electrical disconnection, cable and connection labelling, and separation of large assemblies for transport.
Packaging
Custom metal and wooden cradles, wooden crates and steel frames for heavy press parts and machined surfaces.

How Does a Press Relocation Project Run?
Related buying support
Before dismantling starts, most buyers book a technical visit and review photos. Use the forging press inspection checklist when checking frame, drive, clutch, brake and nameplate details.
For machines sold by TRIGA, see currently available machines. For overseas shipment examples, see used presses exported to India.
What Transport Options Are Available for Heavy Presses?
Road transport
Low-loader or flatbed transport for European routes. Road shipments move with CMR documentation.
40'HC container
Container shipment for press parts we can dismantle and pack inside standard high-cube containers.
Flat-rack
Flat-rack shipment for heavy or high assemblies that do not fit inside a closed container.
Oversize and OOG
We plan oversize road routes and out-of-gauge sea freight with forwarders used to heavy machinery cargo.
What Affects the Scope of Work?
Separate logistics service
You can order dismantling and logistics without buying a machine from TRIGA. Send the press data, location and destination. We will tell you what fits road, container, flat-rack or OOG shipment.
