Full press disassembly: mechanical and electrical disconnection, cable and connection labelling, and separation of large assemblies for transport.

Custom metal and wooden cradles, wooden crates and steel frames for heavy press parts and machined surfaces.

Crane, forklift and rigging coordination adapted to the machine weight, geometry and site access.
Transport
Road transport, 40'HC containers, flat-rack shipments and oversize routes with forwarding partners.

What Transport Options Are Available for Heavy Presses?
Road transport
Low-loader or flatbed transport for European routes. Road shipments move with CMR documentation.
40'HC container
Container shipment for press parts we can dismantle and pack inside standard high-cube containers.
Flat-rack
Flat-rack shipment for heavy or high assemblies that do not fit inside a closed container.
Oversize and OOG
We plan oversize road routes and out-of-gauge sea freight with forwarders used to heavy machinery cargo.

Dismantling and logistics support is available for equipment purchased from TRIGA. The scope is agreed according to the specific machine, site conditions and requested transport option.

Heavy press dismantling questions
Yes. For a press purchased from TRIGA, dismantling, packaging and loading can be included in the agreed scope after confirming site access and technical details.
Road transport uses CMR documentation. Sea shipments use a Bill of Lading. We prepare a commercial invoice and packing list for each shipment.
Yes. Photo and video reporting from agreed key stages can be provided on request.
Yes. We arrange attendance with the seller and the site team by appointment.
Yes. We coordinate sea freight, OOG cargo planning and forwarding support for destinations outside the EU.
No. Dismantling, loading and transport support is available only for equipment purchased from TRIGA.
For equipment purchased from TRIGA, the scope depends on the press type, weight, dimensions, site conditions and requested transport option.
Unloading, foundation work, installation and commissioning at the buyer site are arranged by the buyer.
